Do yourself a favor and call Practically Perfect PT!! This time around I saw Nicole, but also have experience with Mora after my first pregnancy. They are both excellent at what they do! It was suggested I try pelvic floor therapy (which I had no idea was a thing!). I found PPPT and right from the start Dr. Mora was great! She's very welcoming, easy to talk to, and made the whole process comfortable.

I LOVE this place. They have solved my pregnancy pelvic floor issues and have me feeling strong and confident heading into delivery of my first child! I also attended Emily's birth class, it was SUPER informative and helped me answer a lot of questions I had before. Everyone here knows their craft well. Mora is amazing! I started going to pelvic floor PT pre birth and now I’m going postpartum. It has helped tremendously. She even holds my baby at the appointment so I can still come without worrying about a babysitter. She’s truly the best and extremely welcoming

Wish I had found them sooner! Mora and her team of professional, compassionate, extremely skilled practitioners are truly incredible. I don’t know how I would have gotten through my pregnancy without them. I cried in my car after my first appt because of the amount of relief I experienced from the pelvic pain I had during pregnancy. Since then they’ve seen my husband for back issues, my newborn for latch issues and provided super helpful insight on potty training my 3 year old. They truly are a one stop shop. Each practitioner has their own unique background and they are extremely accommodating and welcoming to my children when I have to bring them too. It makes for such an enjoyable experience and I’m beyond grateful I found them!
